Refund policy

Return Window As an online retailer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason and without providing justification. Once you have notified us of your wish to cancel, you have a further 14 days to return the item to us.

To start a return, please contact us at contactus@parfumix.uk. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Condition of Returned Items To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You may handle the item in the same way you would in a shop (for example, to inspect it), but it must not have been used or damaged. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You are always entitled to a full refund, repair, or replacement for faulty or misdescribed items.

Sale Items Your statutory rights apply equally to sale items. You are entitled to the same return and refund rights whether an item was purchased at full price or on sale.

Exchanges The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of whether the refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued within 14 days of us receiving the returned item, to your original payment method.

Your refund will include the cost of standard delivery. We will not make any deductions from your refund unless the item has been used or damaged beyond normal handling.

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund. If 14 days have passed since we received your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at contactus@parfumix.uk.
