Celine : Our Creation of Delina by Parfums de Marly is a captivating and sophisticated floral fragrance crafted especially for women. Launched in 2017 and composed by perfumer Quentin Bisch, Delina is a modern bouquet with a luxurious, sensual edge.
It’s not revolutionary. It’s not mind-blowing. It’s just… a very nice (spicy-watery-fresh) rose fragrance. And here’s the thing that kills it for me: Montale Intense Roses Musk (2015) does this DNA almost 1:1 — and it came out two years earlier.Same bright Turkish rose, same creamy musk, same sweet powdery vibe.Delina adds a bit more lychee-rhubarb juiciness and that signature PDM “luxury” polish, but the core DNA is extremely close. You’re paying a massive premium for the pink bottle and the name.
I actually really liked this one on a paper sample and at first spray, but within a matter of minutes it made me so queasy that I had to scramble to wash it off. Maybe it’s not right for my body chemistry. Also, to me it smells identical to a Bath & Body scent — “Love” Rose Vanilla. That one never made me sick though.
I love this fragrance. It’s in my top five.I gravitate towards rose fragrances, and this fits perfectly. It’s a modern rose with real presence, not a soft, translucent style like Chloe. This one has weight. The fruit, especially rhubarb and lychee, adds a playful edge, while the vanilla brings a touch of sweetness. Incense and woody notes give it depth and help ground the composition. The first time I smelled it, my eyes rolled back in delight, and I still feel the same now.The only downside is that it feels more like a special occasion fragrance. It’s strong and projects a lot, which can make it a bit much for work.
Gorgeous rose with rhubarb and lychee, followed by vanilla in the base. Its unisex in my opinion, but the bottle obviously is girly. Not for everyone, but its pretty nice! I'll be getting a bottle someday
Overpriced classic rose. Still a great fragrance tho
